What you put on your plate is the foundation of well-being, a lesson I learned from my mother, a strong Greek matriarch and Physician who embraced the Mediterranean diet. My goal is to help you enjoy your meals while making healthy choices second nature. Together, we can cultivate a lifestyle that brings joy and vitality to your everyday life. Through my training as a holistic nutritionist and through a Harvard based nutrition programme, together we will curate a programme that is tailored for you.
