Terms & Conditions

Appointments are arranged on a prepaid basis on timings of your choosing. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full. All cancellations must be communicated with NatritionWellness via email, phone call or whatsapp.

Prices include VAT as applicable. Payments can be made in person or over the phone. We accept all major credit/debit cards. An online payment facility will be implemented shortly.

Refund Policy

Purchased appointments are non-refundable. The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
