Collaborating on a one-to-one basis enables me to develop a customised plan tailored to your unique lifestyle. My goal is to make the program as seamless as possible to integrate into your daily routine. To achieve lasting results, I focus on finding the easiest path for you, ensuring that you can consistently follow your eating plan. I design the strategy around healthy foods and lifestyle habits that you genuinely enjoy so it does not seem daunting but rather fun and exciting to be doing.
If necessary, yes, I will recommend testing. I believe it’s important not to play guessing games with supplements, so obtaining a baseline set of blood tests, including vitamin D, iron, and any other tailored tests, can be helpful. I will work with you to interpret the results and integrate dietary changes accordingly.
I do recommend supplements, but these are meant to complement your plan and provide a boost. Diet comes first!
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Holistic nutritionists consider the whole individual; mind, body, and soulaiming to get to the root cause of issues to optimize overall health. They focus on improving clients' habits and routines through a balanced, anti-inflammatory, and unprocessed diet, along with lifestyle habits that enhance well-being.
The choice is entirely yours. I offer face-to-face appointments in Marylebone, London, and I also utilise several online video platforms.
This depends on your needs and expectations. If you're seeking a one-off consultation for nutrition advice or supplements, one session may suffice. However, I believe it’s important to hold clients accountable to their plans, so multiple consultations are often more beneficial and yield greater results. The ideal timeframe is over a period of 12 weeks, but we can also work for a shorter duration and more intensively if that suits you better.
Once terms and conditions have been agreed upon and the program has started, there is no cancellation policy. However, we can discuss pausing the program and resuming it later if necessary.
I do not operate on social media. I prefer discretion when it comes to my clients and operate more by word of mouth. I have absolutely no issues with people publishing their journey with me on social media and fully support my clients in doing this.
